Somebody sent me a link to this video(sorry but no embed code). Originally, it was uploaded here as "NDAA- The final deadly blow to American Liberties & Freedom".

Watching it, I thought it was very strange that nobody - right, NOBODY incl Dr. Ron Paul tells us that those fake laws the traitors make up are all null and void.

You see, here in Australia, our Constitution Section 109 says:

When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.

I believed the US Constitution must have a similar clause and there you go,

Article VI contains three clauses. The most famous is the second clause which makes the United States Constitution along with all law and treaties made in accordance with it the supreme law of the land. That clause is commonly referred to as the supremacy clause.

Article VI, Clause 2 sets forth the supremacy clause. It states that the Constitution and the federal laws made according to the Constitution shall be considered the supreme law of the land. All state courts are bound by the supreme law. In case of conflict between federal and state law, the federal law prevails. This means that the federal government power must prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent state exercise of power.

That clause itself says:

Clause 2: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Did you see that "shall be made IN PURSUANCE THEREOF"??
That means the laws are to be made BASED ON what the Constitution says.

Therefore, if a law doesn't follow it, it's not valid.

It's as simple as the WTC towers' collapse on 9/11. And yet, why nobody in the video talks about it!???

I always wonder about MSNBC's Keith Olbermann. Here he only says that a horrible law will be made. He doesn't tell us it's null and void.

Ron Paul is the same. He complains about the US becoming a lawless state or Americans LOST FREEDOM and so forth, but he doesn't tell us the traitors' law is null and void.

What they are saying is just to make Americans believe that they cannot do anything to stop this, and their freedom has been taken away forever. That's a false explanation Illuminati wants you to believe.

Now, remember that rumor Paul is a Mason? though he denied it,

For we are young and free?

In 1900, the commonwealth of Australia constitution act, was passed and became the constitution for the commonwealth of Australia, then a colony of the United Kingdom.

This Act of the United Kingdom Parliament, today remains the current Australian Constitution despite the fact Australia has since become a sovereign nation, confirmed through various acts including the signing of Treaty Versailles in 1919 and later the signing of Charter of the United Nations.

In 1998, in Sue vs Hill, The High Court ruled that the UK was a foreign power under its own legislation.

To anyone outside Australia, the current system is unbelievable in a modern society.

What is the true purpose of the law?

Ian Henke: Fundamentally, law is something from which we can use as the basis for civilised dealings with society without killing each other and as the method of solving problems. But if we don't have a good fundamental law system that applies to everybody then we may as well not have one at all.

Joe Bryant: The law is about the protection of individual rights and freedoms. The law is necessary for people to live together so that everybody gets a fair go and people who are not prepared to give others a fair go are dealt with by the law. That is the purpose of law.

Nic Faulkner: From an indigenous perspective the true purpose of the law, of our law, is to keep order in society, in our communities.

Where does the law stand now?

Joe Bryant: The purpose of the law has changed over the last century or so, where its now a matter of parliament or government having control of the people which is not the true intent of the law, or purpose of the law.

Henke: One of the key things about any law, as Geoffrey Robertson put it, is that its got to have a system of law which has inherent in it that the citizen can defeat the government if necessary. We now have a system of law in which the the citizen can't defeat the government, in which the system has been rigged to assure that the citizen can't beat the government.

Where did it all begin?

Dr John Lamont: My understanding is that it started in 1973 when a gentleman, Frank Conningham was travelling, making one of his many trips between Australia and the UK. He worked in a sort of very official government capacity.

Ian Henke: He was travelling on an Australian passport in which the Queen instructed people to give him various assistances and when he got there he was told, "Go and get in the Aliens Queue, you belong over there". And he produced the passport and they said, "We don't care what your passport says you belong over there".

Lamont: All his previous journeys there, when he arrived at Heathrow he lined up under British Subjects and went down that queue through Passport Control.
What happened in this occasion in 1973 was he was put in the Alien Queue. Despite much protesting he couldn't do much about it. Unbeknownst to him the UK Parliament had just passed the Immigration, Asylum and Amendment Act 1973 which made all Australian citizens no longer British subjects.

Henke: When he came back to Australia and he's a mathematical physicist of great note - he spoke to a number of his colleagues including a number of senior QCs. And they said "Oh, yes the law is in fact, the fundamental law is the constitution. " He said, what's that in legal terms?". And they said "Oh well, its an English law". And he said, "Well hang on, how can we be under a law and yet they're telling us that we're aliens under that same law? There's something crazy going on here." And he started to dig.

Lamont: On his return from the UK he sought legal advice from some of his many friends. And I understand one that he went to was Colin Howard, who was the head (?) professional of constitution law at Melbourne University. After some discussion and research my understanding is that Colin Howard informed him that constitution's not valid.

Continuing the research Frank went and saw the secretaries of the Treasury and also the Prime Minister's Department and my understanding is the response he got was, "We realised that somebody eventually would find out". So they were well aware of the illegal basis of it.

They then set about developing further research and also talking to politicians, because at the end of the day they thought it has to be corrected. The way to correct it is to get a political solution and so they dealt with politicians.

The 1999 Referendum

Lamont: My understanding is that during the crisis events of 1975 Gough Whitlam, Malcolm Fraser and the Governor-General we were aware of this research and this information. Going through the 80s even, it was discussed with Bob Hawke and Paul Keating. It was Keating's suggestion that, yes it should be put in front of the people and the way they did that was in the form of a referendum which was eventually held in 1999.

Henke: Now what we did, is we decided we'd set out firstly just to get the facts out into the public. To say to people, "Hang on what is this that you're obeying, what's this law that you're obeying, what's its source, what's its origin, what's its authority, and do you still accept it?"

Now the government got wind of this and so they ran the republic debate in November 1999. Most people tend to think that that debate was about the republic question as to whether or not we had an Australian head of state. In fact the real question was Question 2, the so-called Preamble question.

Bryant: The system that presented to the elector was presented via a booklet called the 'Yes and No' booklet which set out what was to happen with the referendum, what the referendum question was and the two options, which was the republican option and what we might call the monarchist option.

The monarchist option was of course, only part of the constitution, section 9 only, of the original constitution act.

Henke: The so-called preamble question contains a clause which says "We, the Australian people commit ourselves to this constitution."

It is the first and only vote ever taken of the entire Australian people about the constitution by which we're governed. And by 60.66% to 39.34% the people said "no".

Bryant: So people were told in that booklet if they "yes" they would be voting for the republic and if they voted "no" they would be voting for section 9 only of the constitution. So the fact that the "no" vote got up reinforces the government's position that only section 9 of the constitution applies, and I believe in 10 or 20 years time that will be the proposition they'll put to the people that Australia voted on it in 1999 and they accepted only section 9 as being the constitution, when in fact its not.

A constitution for a colony

Henke: The constitution that we have in Australia is clause 9 of a United Kingdom act passed in July 1900. The first eight clauses of the so-called covering clauses, clause 8 of that describes the commonwealth as a self-governing colony and for the purposes of law that's what it remains. Now in the 21st century that's just no longer valid.

A sovereign nation

Lamont: Trick or Treaty? Commonwealth power to make and Implement Treaties. It is a report by the senate legal and conference reference committee published in November 1995

It says quite clearly that on signing the treaty of peace and becoming a member of the international Labour organisation we were a sovereign nation, Australia was a sovereign nation from then. It also refers to the imperial war conference held in 1917 and it was decided at that meeting, resolution number 9 refers to the coming into hostilities, they would have a special conference to sort out the constitutional arrangements with the dominions because they were saying that they should be treated equally at that point in time, and this is was borne out in 1921, 1926, 1931 and so on.

Dr David Siminton: And one of the rules of becoming a member of the United Nations is that you must be an independent sovereign nation. That means you cannot be ruled, regulated or influenced by any other sovereign nation such as England.

What the Australian Government should have done on that exact day, within minutes of that documentation being accepted from England, is they should have instituted the replacement legal systems for Australia and they did no such thing.

What was done?

Lamont: In 1998 there was a further development. I think the various people in Melbourne realised the politicians weren't going to give them an adequate forum to have these issues ventilated, so they thought the would be, "OK we'll get some cases going, we get them into the high court and the politicians aren't prepared to fix it, but the judiciary, put it in front of them and them being honest people, we would expect them to fix the problem, at least make the politicians aware they have a major issue legally, for the legal basis of law in this country."

Bryant: The theory is that the courts are independent of government, but I think that's long proven not to be the case.

The Hayne Decision

Lamont: This is the first time these issues were put before the highest legal body in Australia, the first time the high court had the opportunity to view these issues. It was by way of a section 40 lift application from a lower court and the decision is Joosse vs the ASIC which was handed down on 12 December, it was dealt with on 12 December 1998.

And what Justice Hayne said in that meeting was that he had a duty to protect the system. We felt a bit cheated by that because we thought he was there to interpret the law and apply the law correctly. That appeared to be secondary to preserving the system.

The Australia Act

Phil Faulk: I think clearly the Australia Act in the way that it enacts Australia as a separate nation and separated from England has logistical and legal problems in that any changes to a constitution requires a referendum in this country, and clearly the Australia Act does change the constitution, in fact changes the heads of the constitution, and that was done without a referendum and on that basis I would think it was illegal.

As an indigenous Australian I have a very cynical viewpoint of the Australia Act and why it came about in 1986. When one looks from the international perspective at how the law has gone for indigenous peoples, you can see that in 1982 the Canadian Indians went to the Privy Council on the issue of treaty rights and the assertion of joint sovereignty. The Privy Council found in their favour and as a consequence of that particular case the Canadian Government were forced to recognise joint sovereignty, domestic nation status, and in fact constitutionalised it through section 35 of the Canadian Constitution.

The 1986 Australia Act conveniently cut off any connection to that higher authority for indigenous Australians. So in my view there was more to the Australia Act than to give us independence as a country.

Phil Faulk: There are actually three elements of what you need to show legally at sovereignty to be able to claim occupation, which is how this country was claimed, and they are firstly, terra nalius (sp?) which we've all heard about, the other one is effective control, and the third being a will and intention to act as sovereign peoples.

Paul Coe: Captain James Cook when he arrived to charter land and waters of the continent of Australia had specific instructions from the imperial crown, and the British admiralty, only to do things with the consent of the aboriginal natives of Australia. That was completely ignored.

Phil Faulk: Terra nalius basically in law means land belonging to no-one, no-one here.
Paul Coe: So the basis upon which the occupation ...sorry, the possession of Australia by Cook was a fallacy. Totally legally wrong under English law and international law at the time.

Phil Faulk: Even without Mabo overturning terra nalius, I think it was always a question of international law, that whole issue of occupation and the legal nexuses that go with it.

Paul Coe: What we were trying to achieve by going through the Commission on Human Rights and eventually to get some the International Court of Justice was to get some open the lie, the international lie that Australia is a country of people, a democratic country that has been through a decolonisation process and as a result of that decolonisation process aboriginal people have also gone through it, and by some magical formula that we don't know, we've consented to the establishment of the commonwealth of Australia and the states and that the transfer of our land and territories and water rights were legitimised by some process unbeknownst to us.

Henke: The fact is we have a bureaucracy which has inherited its original powers from convict days, it hasn't changed its methods from the convict days, it hasn't changed its attitudes from the convict days. They regard themselves as public masters, not as public servants.

So we deliberately ...we decided that the way of challenging this would be to challenge not the weakest department of the government but the strongest.

The Taxation Office

Henke: And of course the first thing we found was that there was no such animal. The fact is nobody had ever actually created the Taxation Department. The constitutional basis on which our money was taken off us was never done. And in October 1999 before the federal court, we actually proved that it had never been done.

Here was something which should have been absolutely fundamental. If you or I set up new a company and didn't register it or didn't file the right papers, or didn't appoint people the right way, we would be in court and fined, and yet here we have the most influential and important department in the country which had no legal existence.

Well we went into courts, we fought now some nine High Court cases, numerous cases in other courts, and we sought to apply the very simple standard, that if the people had to obey the law then the Taxation Offices had to obey the law and we discovered that the courts were not prepared to make the Taxation Offices obey the law. The courts were not prepared to say, "This is not legally done the right way, it must be fixed."

The courts allowed the Taxation Offices to carry on illegally and in one fell swoop they demonstrated that the true function of the courts was not justice, it was not all of the separations of powers etc which they like to protest is their true guide, but they were simply an executive instrument whose job it was to safeguard the revenue and the money coming in to pay their own salaries.

Bryant: The courts are an instrument of government, they are set up in the constitution as an instrument of government, although they are supposed to be independent. How can you have an independent court, say an independent High Court when the politicians, in particular a prime minister, appoints the judges? How can they be seen to be independent?

Siminton: If an entity is not a legal entity, is that not one and the same as saying that it is an illegal entity? To which the Australian Federal Police, on a transcript tape which we will be making available shortly on our website said, "Yes, that is correct". I think from memory it is the 1899 Crimes Act currently represented as the 1914 Crimes Act, that actually stipulates that if you interact with, or encourage, a known illegal entity it is is a seven year jailable offence. And here we have on the website, a document stating that our Australian Taxation Office is illegal.

Henke: The constitution under section 51 gives the government the right to make laws for peace, order and good government. Yet in the Ryan case in the high court about two years ago the high court ruled that we were not entitled to fair and just tax laws. And that's the statement by the chief justice of the high court. Now if fair and just tax laws are not laws for peace, order or good government, what are? And what people seem to forget is that just about every major revolution in history started on the basis of unjust taxation.

Bryant: Taxation, whethere it is based on transactions whether its debits, credits or whatever, is based on all transactions without exception, without any exclusion, everybody pays an equal amount of tax. People who have avoided tax to a larger degree - the mega corporations - all those people will have to pay their fair share of tax, and that's not happening at the moment, the mums and dads pay all the tax.

Henke: When our tax system was first set up we had a system which taxed most of the business in this country. Today most of the business in this country is done by overseas owned companies, who in turn pay their taxes overseas but not in Australia. The result is that you've got to collect more and more tax from the ordinary taxpayer, from the small man, from the ordinary punter in the streets and that of course, gets more and more unfair.

Phil Faulk: The Goods and Services Act of 1999 Section 165.55 talks about Commissioner having disregard in making declarations for various purposes. And those purposes are such things as, and there's several listed, (a) treat a particular event that happened as not having happened. Well that's interesting, an amazing piece of legislation that gives the commissioner a veto right over and above tangible things that would have happened.

Nik Faulkner: Now this seems to me to be a clear example of where the parliament has made a law that allows the commissioner who administers the law, to lie or to set somebody up in a position which is not correct. Now to me that is unconstitutional. We only have the laws to obey and if a person obeys those laws then they cannot be found to be at fault, but under that act of the GST 165.55, it means that if you acted lawfully, the commissioner can actually make a statement saying that you acted unlawfully, and you have no right to do anything else other than to comply with his direction.

Royal assent

Siminton: Its important for you to understand that before law becomes law from a parliamentary point of view that a bill passing through the houses of parliament must receive the final signature of a representative of the queen whilst under British law in order for it to become law and to actually become an act.

Nic Faulkner: The research has shown us that in fact the Queen of England, or the Queen of the United Kingdom and northern Ireland, as constituted under the great seal of England, is a distinctly different queen or monarch under our Australian system who is now called under the 1973 Royal Styles and Titles Act, the Queen of Australia, Head of the Commonwealth and her other realms and territories.

And now we realise that some of the state governors actually have their letters patent issued by Elizabeth II by the grace of god and our other realms and territories.

Now there is no great seal in England or Australia under which she is constituted, so therefore any instruments or royal assents that she gives under that title are not legal, they are not lawful, and they have no course of law.

Siminton: If Queen Elizabeth II has no executive authority over Australia from even back in the time in which she was born, then there is no such thing as a legally appointed representative of the queen. That means all governor-generals in Australia are invalid.

If the governor-general's position is not a true representation of Queen Elizabeth II, that means every bill that has been passed and signed off by him on her behalf is not law.

Nic Faulker: Now so far in our journey, we found most of the people who sit in the parliament are not interested in if they have lawful authority to sit there.

Principalities within Australia

Siminton: The principalities structures that can be constituted under rules of British law was first established and set as a historical precedent by Prince Leonard of the Hutt River Province in Western Australia. This he established some 35-36 years ago. I believe his anniversary is April.

Prince Leonard found himself in a situation where he was being interfered with economically by the Australian government at the time who had created a wheat quota system. This new wheat quota system would have caused Prince Leonard to have had to destroy 95% of the best crop he had ever created on his farm.

This brilliant and determined man, went off and researched law along with an enthusiastic group of Perth University law students and found under British law that we as the citizens at an international level as well as a British law level have a right at any time to suseed (sp?) and to legally remove ourselves from influence of any government which has done the wrong thing by us.

Phil Faulk: Michael some years ago and others , Bob Wetherall, Melissa (?) O'Donohue, Jeff Clarke, several of our current leaders, were involved in it and they set up what is known as the Aboriginal Provincial government. And they did that as a means to meeting the requirements at international law, basically to give an equivalent of the crown in that we are a government of the people. We have laws within that society and it was all about setting up a system of sharing sovereignty in this country, and creating indigenous land masses or areas to be recognised as a government, very similar to what happens in Canada where they set up provinces. Provinces are really indigenous provinces, so they have three tiers of government over there, the APG promotes that Australia fits fits another tier, or layer of government within its current system, that being indigenous peoples.

Siminton: The objective for the people is to find a process which we have developed for them, which first of all they can remove themselves from a system that everyday is doing damage to them, is abusing their constitutional rights, and allows the people to legally step out of the system by simply saying, "We are no longer associated with this system, it is corrupt".

It allows them to interact with the ministry structures of our government and that is the government of Camside and give us directions of which it is our job to act on the will of the people.

Faulk: We have our own passports as well, indigenous passport that we use when we go overseas and back. Michael uses his regularly, I've use mine regularly. Its accepted in other indigenous states, not in non-indigenous however. That's always a bit of a problem. Michael decided to use his indigenous passport when he arrived back in Australia and they wouldn't accept it. They said, "No, sorry mate, that's not a real passport. We need your passport from your country of origin."

He said, "It was, it is my passport of my country of origin". And the law is that if you don't accept the person's passport you need to send them back to their country of origin, and that made it rather hard for people in Sydney at the time, to send Michael home to his country of origin because he was standing in it.

The good thing about democracy

Paul Coe: Well when we look at the debates leading up to the establishment of the commonwealth parliament, the colonies at that time had requested authority from the imperial parliament to do what they were planning to do, namely to establish the Commonwealth of Australia. The mandate to do it was actually a gift from the imperial parliament. It was not something that came from the ordinary average Australian because only a very select group of people participated in those parliamentary debates and drew up the Constitution of Australia and they were men who were of a propertied class. If you didn't have property you were excluded from the process. So I can't see how the vast majority of Australian people are implicitly bound by the rules of the constitution of Australia if they had no say in the drafting of the constitution, if they didn't give free and informed consent to it.

Nic Faulkner: Really only about eight or nine per cent of the population of Australia voted, not for the constitution but for federation. We actually had no say in the constitution at all and we had further less say when it was taken back to England and qualified by the covering clauses, that is the clauses 1 to 8 in which is granted all the power still back through the imperial parliament to United Kingdom parliament.

All or nothing!

Henke: If we are going to be forced to have this current constitution, since its current British law, let's have all the other benefits which are available to us under British law. The first one is the Human Rights Act 1998. Automatically under the British Law the Human Rights Act is part of our constitution if we continue to use it. And this is our problem, the politicians and the courts want to select what law they would use when they want to apply it to us to force us to do something, but they don't want to use the same law when it gives us rights to come back at them.

So let's either have all of the current British law, together with all of the rights that go with it, or let's have a new set of laws which balances things up another way.

Lamont: If we were covered under British law we would be protected by the Bill of Rights 1988 and the Human Rights Act 1998. But since we are an independent sovereign nation it is up to us to put in place a bill of rights for ourselves. We are the only OECD country that doesn't have a bill of rights.

Henke: Australia is the only OECD country which has no human rights. There is no code of human rights which any Australian can go into court and quote and say, "These are my rights. I am entitled to this."

Now why should we be so much less than every other country in the world, even some of the worst dictatorships have got codes of human rights but our government, to quote Sir Garfield Barwick, "If Australia had a bill of rights it would be ungovernable". What of course he means is that you couldn't possibly keep doing things to the Australian people the way they're done if they had a bill of rights.

Lamont: Where we are up to today there is no further cases as I understand it going through the Australian legal system because all the avenues have been exhausted and all efforts are now concentrated on dealing with issues internationally in two venues, one in the British High Court and another is in the European Court of Human Rights.

Henke: Now what we've done is, we've gone to the British courts and we've said, "Here is this law, it is domestic British law, certain things are not being done correctly under it. For instance, governor-generals are not being appointed in the way laid down in other British acts and therefore their appointment is illegal. Now you have one of two choices, either you force their appointment according to proper British standards or rule that the appointments are null and void. And if you rule that they are null and void, then every act they've passed, every appointment they've made, every judge they've appointed, all become illegal.

They want to have the power but they don't want to have the responsibility. Now we're saying have the power but you must have the responsibility and the accountability and what we've done by taking the cases to the British court, we're acquiring accountability for the first time in many years and it is causing a great deal of heartache in government quarters.

Bryant: If government is out of control or off the rails, you can only look to one document for that and that's the constitution. Its successful if governments are doing the right thing, its unsuccessful if they're not and the evidence is clear that they're not. The constitution is unsuccessful and for that reason we thought we'd better get busy and draft another one. At least somewhere down the track when that better one becomes a popular idea it will be ready.

Henke: What we need is a new constitution based upon the equality of everybody before the law including the government.

Paul Coe: Every time an issue of constitutional validity arises its head the people should be consulted and they should be asked to vote on those matters.

Henke: One of the things that we can actually try is a form of government that we haven't actually tried yet. Its called democracy and once we try that I suspect that at the very least we can produce is a 21st century constitution, voted on by the people, clause by clause. Let's not have any of this nonsense of, "You take one bit, you take it all". Let's have each clause voted on separately, so that nothing gets through by accident.

Bryant: We continue drafting the constitution. We seek as much input as possible across Australia. We hold a convention every year to update the draft in relation to the input we've got, or have received during that year. Its an ongoing process.

Henke: Let's start the constitution with a preamble that says, "All rights belong to the people and only those rights delegated to the parliament and the government by this constitution shall be exercised by the government and the parliament, and it shall be their responsibility at all times to prove that any exercise of power is within the limits delegated to them by this constitution."

Media

Lamont: The solicitor that I work with has contacted most of the mainstream media, current affairs programs, Channel 9 for example. He was told very clearly, "Yes, we know about the issue. No, we're not going to run anything on it because it we do, our boss not only will come down and pull the plug, we all get sacked."

Another friend of mine went to a barbeque with ABC reporters. He mentioned this issue. They all knew about it. He wanted to know, "Why won't you run this story?" Because they've been told by their boss not to touch it.

We had an article published in a local press, which was supposed to be two articles in weekly succession. The first article gets in the second one gets canned. The editor, who is was new editor, thought the idea was good and wanted to run the story, The reporter had been trying to get it in the paper for 12-18 months, the new editor said, "Yep, to hell with it, let's run it". Ran the first article, canned on the second one. So 18 months work went nowhere.

A solicitor I know off, took this issue and got on Channel 10 over a parking issue. All the promised follow-up interviews never eventuated ...all died. So if some does leak through, its very quickly canned. And so when you talk to the people in the street, they don't know what you're talking about. Its not out there for discussion, its not something you will see on any mainstream media.

The future?

Bryant: Australia has the potential to be one of the greatest countries in the world. My vision is that people should have every opportunity to become prosperous, they should have from childhood throughout their lives, great hope in the future because hope brings happiness and we need happy, contented and prosperous people.

Paul Coe: The only thing that I'd like to say, is the future of Australia belongs to the Australian people, that means every Australian person, aboriginal, it means the total multicultural society that we live in, not just the privileged elite. Its not just the elected parliamentarians, its not just the judges or those who are the mandarins in the bureaucratic circles, or those who are the elders of the multi-national corporations.

Hinke: Whilst they may not like the idea, in fact its a revolution. Its coming this time in a different way. You've got people declaring themselves to be independent principalities, you've got other people just seeking to defy the law, you've got other people using the court system in a way that its never been able or designed to or cope with, you've got huge numbers of people putting cases in which the lawyers won't put in because the lawyers are part of the system and part of the problem.

So what you've got is a revolution taking place in multiple ways. Nobody's shooting, but the question at the moment is, "Who would you shoot anyway, and get a result?" But what we have is a very, very widespread revolution, and its a revolution that at the end will succeed. It can't do anything else.

Ted Gunderson was an incredible individual. He was very courageous and fought for all of us, trying to wake up more and more in order to stop evil criminals who have infiltrated and hijacked the tops of many organizations in the world.

He even spoke up on chemtrails issue,

When I found out this former top of the FBI in L.A. died on 31st of July, I saw on Wikipedia,

"Ted died on July 31st 2011 from complications from pneumonia. He had stage 4 cancer."

I immediately thought they probably sprayed over him just they did over me before. I wrote this to a friend in the U.S. who actually worked with Ted. And then, somebody changed that description to

"Ted died on July 31st 2011 from complications from cancer at at Cedar Sinai in Los Angeles."

He/she(Bigbadcar) might have been in a hurry to alter it therefore made that typo(at at) perhaps.

I know it's too late to say but I wish he left the U.S. like some people have. It was obvious they would kill him sooner or later because with his credibility, he could wake up any genuine thinker all right.

Also I've never seen that "Heaven" for "Resting Place" on above Wikipedia page before. I am 100% sure about that Ted is in Heaven now. Yet I wonder if it's some kind of code for them. Anyhow, it is a great shame and a huge loss.

Shame about a few typos which I kindly corrected. Yet the guy didn't even say "thank you" but deleted my comments. He's god some problem with his attitude obviously, but this relatively short video has got a lot of vital information incl some from "ZERO" that I think the best so far(Watch it on this page at the bottom).

Not so sure about the very last bit cause it could be a bit too much for beginners and might make them think we are just 'conspiracy theorists'. Yet ex-FBI Gunderson's comment should help us there and we really need all the people not only in the US but in the entire world to realize that secret at the bottom urgently, too.

This is a great news, a good start, something I've been waiting for! I know there are many genuine people among those "citizens' bullies" who rip us off or horrible KILLERS such as this

unlike above, I bet there are those with no intention to work for the Masons et al.

This is why I've been utilizing any opportunity to 'educate' them, and 'inform' them so that someday, when we need it, they will rise with us to fight against our real opponents!!

For instance, I gave a 'lecture' to a bunch of police officers I saw at a rally in Melbourne some years ago, saying "You officers should know, if Saddam is so bad, you should gather evidence to say so, and take him to somewhere like the International Criminal Court. We shouldn't drop bombs over innocent people there" and the majority of them simply nodded.

Another time was when I was stopped for drink-driving breath test, the officer asked me about my sign on my car window that says "9/11 = inside job!", so I gave him a copy of my compilation CD-ROM on 9/11. ;o) And I wrote about more recent experience here.

Anyhow, this news made me feel that the seeds are finally flowering though my effort didn't directly make these UK ex-officers wake up. Please listen to them.

Say NO to CO2 Tax!! Get to Canberra on 16th or join the Convoy of NO Confidence for 22nd arrival and more...

This ridiculous lie called 'anthropogenic global warming' turning into another lie called CO2 tax is way too much for many Australians. And finally, some people decided to take definite actions!

One of them is calling for people to come to Canberra on 16th,

and another is organizing the Convoy of No Confidence in the Federal Government

They encourage everybody to carry Australian flags,

but I personally believe Eureka flag is more suitable for the occasion.

I've talked to some people about these events today. All I spoke to knew it's a shocking lie, and one of them actually knew Tim Mathieson(Julia's partner) personally!

She told me that he cut her hair when she was small(he used to be a hair dresser), but when he got separated with his wife, ever since then, he never paid the child support at all. And the entire Shepparton(where he's from) is laughing that he now lives in Kirribilli House.

Shame that doesn't come on top of any newspaper...

Anyhow, it's TIME TO ACT folks, unless you want to live under the Tyranny called New World Order in the very near future.

I've made this poster,

made a bit more than 700 fliers and almost finished giving out to people on street already. Do whatever you can to spread this and take action to stop this, please.

Tokyo Shinbun interviewed Chris Busby who's visiting Japan to help people suffering from Fukushima disaster. I quickly translated(a bit rough at the beginning, I skipped some like Chris' bio but not vital) the article. Please tell others. I did this especially in the hopes of stopping countries like Australia exporting uranium.

Also, I would like to express my gratitude to Chris.
Despite the risk, he decided to go there to help and assist the parents in Fukushima who want to save their children.

Through my activities for 9/11 Truth, vaccination/immunization fraud, chemtrails/HAARP issue along with that global warming swindle, Port Arthur scam and so forth, I have realized that we really need to fix our police, prosecuters, and justice system in order to change this rotten world.

Tokyo Shinbun reports Chris criticized ICRP advice severly as "sheer arbitrary standards without considering internal exposure".

People around him stopped him coming to Japan due to some researchers who went to Chernobyl contracted cancer. But he decided to, thinking he "could help the children in Fukushima since I've been dealing with this difficult issue of adverse health effect of radiation for approx 20 years."

- ICRP's limits are up to 1mSv/year for ordinary citizens and 20-100mSv in case of emergency. Yet ECRR advises less than 0.1mSv/year based on its claim, "internal exposure effect is serious"...

CB: Internal exposure occurs near DNA in the body, therefore it's got much higher a risk at low level, than external exposure. Their limit of 1mSv applies only with external exposure.

- As for radioactive substances, you're saying strontium of beta-ray spectrum is more of a worry, which is difficult to detect by the means the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology is taking...

CB: Strontium causes a lot worse, drastically serious internal exposure than cesium. Yet it's almost impossible for ordinary citizens to detect it. The Government should do that and disclosure what they find.

- ECRR estimated and publicized the increase of health hazard such as cancer. That figure is over 70 fold of the estimate based on the ICRP's standards...

In the last 20 years, there have been a lot of evidence found to prove that the ICRP was wrong. It's a fact that many countries used the ICRP model, and yet it's another independent third institution like ECRR. They haven't been given any position/authorities.

- If we apply your 0.1mSv standard, there are a lot of spots that exceed that level even in the capital region...

CB: I'm telling you that the level the nation has to consider when determining who to evacuate is 0.1mSv. They must not set arbitrary standards due to the difficulty of evacuation or lack of monetary resources.

They will need to make detailed contamination maps, research on the health effects by a third party, and to secure water and food not contaminated with radiation.

Global Warming Swindle meetings - Who is actually scared of who?

Friday night, I went to a meeting held by a bunch of advocates of that lie called 'Anthropogenic Global Warming' or 'Climate Change."

The speakers included that traitor Prof. David Karoly of Melbourne University,

a young guy from a group called Beyond Zero Emissions, and another girl with a group working for the environment or something like that(Environment Victoria). I got there a bit late, was very tired but tried to stay awake during those lengthy speeches or rather, performance, a show to swindle the participants.

There were less than 100 I think but the majority seem to believe in that myth.

Anyhow, at the question time, I went up to one of two microphones on each side of the hall, waited for my turn.

Because the girl speaker replying to the previous questioner said something like "You'd better check the background of that scientist(skeptic, obviously) cause they are with coal industry," I started out saying,

"Well, you'd better check the link between Al Gore and nuclear industry cause Gore family and nuke are tight, together" No reply whatsoever came my way from anyone but I hope this gave some of the audience to wonder... I kept on,

"It's been an interesting event, and it's good to see you in person especially David, I saw you on tele a few years back, when ABC showed that wonderful documentary film called 'The Great Global Warming Swindle'..."

And I asked him what he could tell us about the big scandal called 'Climategate' followed by two whitewash investigations just like Harold Holt assassination(I think I managed to say that), and asked his opinion on geo-engineering a.k.a. cloud seeding a.k.a. chemtrails,

i.e. governments have been spraying toxic chemicals into our sky to manipulate the weather, from cold to hot, dry to rain or flood etc - how convenient to talk about that flood tax. I mentioned I had a few newspaper articles(Thai rain making comes to Qld and Victoria toys with cloud-seeding technology) with me that I can show to people that tells the governments have been doing it for decades.

He started answering the second question, saying it is true that they are spraying but attempted to make it sound it's no harm(as expected, without specifying WHAT they are spraying) and he tried to undermine the 'chemtrails' theory entirely, saying photos our side would show are not really showing what we claim.

When he used the word 'believe,' I said that I do not believe in chemtrails but I DO KNOW they are real because of my experience of having one sprayed above us, which made me really sick and cough for weeks. He said that he could talk with me later and look at the photos I have. That's of course, so that he could avoid me telling a lot more to the audience.

I don't remember each detail and exact words that I said, but I got to say a lot! I believe I even said that this anthropogenic GW story is another scare campaign/lie in order to charge us tax using and abusing our caring mind, and the tax is absolutely not necessary when CO2 is a benign and relatively heavy gas, and the reason why they found high level of it was because it was in Hawai'i where many flights go by all the time.

I was surprised actually that they let me say what I said... I really think they didn't expect someone like me to turn up, and didn't know what to do. Their manual didn't have the instruction how to deal with someone like me, I assume.

There were some other opposition among the participants but they asked about sea water temperature etc, and didn't touch any of what I pointed out - Climategate and geo-engineering = chemtrails/cloud seeding.

Anyhow, Karoly AVOIDED the first question!!
He couldn't answer that one most likely because he didn't want the audience to find out what it was all about. That was a victory I thought.

When the lecture+Q&A was over, I talked to some participants trying to warn them about chemtrails showing those articles on ABC and SMH along with photos I took. It seemed some thought I was a fool. However, there were several people who either knew about the issue or were curious enough to speak with me and grab my flier. ;o) It was another victory I should say when I thought so many of them were just believing their lie with no questioning.

Anyhow, after speaking with a few more, I went up to confront David Karoly again who were surrounded by a few others incl that speaker girl. They soon left me alone as if they wanted him to be in charge of talking to me. We were left alone.

I pointed out that he couldn't answer my question about the Climategate. He said he could certainly do so, and just told me that there was no problem they found there(sheer LIE), and kept telling me, "I welcome your opinion." That's all he could say.

Eventually, I said to him that he works for $$$$. He said he's not getting paid apart from being a professor at Melbourne University. So I said to him, "I can see it's either you are a shocking fool or working for them. I don't think you are a fool, so, SHAME ON YOU."

I said that right to his face, though he was trying to avoid eye contact by putting his folder into his bag etc - JUST LIKE that Richard Gage did when he came to Melbourne, interestingly!!

Folks, please follow my steps if you have any opportunity to face any of those liars. They are really scared of us! Like I said, I don't think they expected somebody like me coming along to ask such questions, and they probably didn't know how to stop me.

I also noticed that young man(speaker with Beyond Zero Emissions) who asked the audience to donate(as usual) during his speech, was sort of trying not to stand out when I approached them so that I wouldn't attack him. I could see he didn't want me to speak to him.

Anyhow, I think that young man and the girl are both clever, Illuminati agents. All three of them were to perform their drama to fool people and they were relatively successful. Yet I believe several got the seeds of doubt in their mind from what I said. ;o)

A couple of guys(who were already wide awake) told me that David Karoly recently got a grant something like 1.6 million dollars!!

They are traitors, criminals, you see.
They are stealing tax payers' money.
A fraud.

BTW, doesn't Karoly look alike someone a bit?

Yeah, another "David," David Keith of Calgary University. He is the one who said that geo-engineering(=chemtrails) can give humans a GOD LIKE POWER.

Prior to that meeting, on last Wednesday, I went to the city to the Parliament building thinking that was where Peter(who lectures about constitution) and his mates were going to have a media announcement of a birth of a new political party. I didn't have time to check his mail the night before to confirm the location, which was actually at VCAT steps!

Anyhow, there at the Parliament building, there was a police officer standing. I asked him if there was going to be such an event there, he told me he didn't know.

So I decided to use this opportunity and I asked him a question, "if someone lied to me and get some monetary gain because of that, isn't it a fraud?" and he said it's a CRIME!! thank you very much! ;o)

So I pointed out about this global warming swindle, and he said he has got his own personal opinion on that but he won't tell me, and he cannot comment any further. LOL

Then there came a few women, to protest there on the steps against abortion. I gave them my fliers, and one of them the oldest lady said she agrees with me 100%.

Then came another officer, an older guy approached me and told me that it's banned to hand out fliers around there incl the side walk on this side.

He told me to cross the street to go to the other side if I hand them out. If I do that on this side, he said he needed to have me give him my personal information along with my ID. I asked him why I need to, and what he was going to do with my information. He said it'd go to his record in case anything wrong happens. I said to him what kind of wrong thing can ever happen, he couldn't answer me but obviously getting frustrated.

He told me the reason why I cannot hand them out on that side is because of the law they made a couple of years ago.

So I told him that they the politicians are supposed to be working for us people but have been making up all kinds of laws which are breach on constitution etc, and he just didn't like it at all and started to threaten me that he could arrest me. So I asked him why he needs to arrest me when I wasn't handing the fliers out.

I still had my fliers in my hand and he told me to put them into my backpack, I refused that, and said that I'm not handing them out.

He was polite all right but just being so intimidating but instead of me getting scared, he got frustrated and irritated with my reaction. ;O)

Eventually I left the scene cause there was no reason for me to stay when I figured out that I missed Peter's event, so I crossed the road, pulled out my camera, and took a picture of the Parliament building with the officers,

and started handing out my fliers.

See?

These recent experiences told me that they, especially those who are deliberately LYING are really scared of US! They want you to be scared of them but the reality is the other way around.

We need to let them know that WE KNOW THEY ARE LYING and THAT IS VERY WRONG!!

Oh, I forgot to mention about another session with Rob Gell in Morwell prior to the chat with the police officers.

Very bizarre looking shaped clouds in Miyagi Pref seen on April 8, 2011 - Two quakes at almost identical location on April 7, 2011?

A mate of mine in Japan sent me a link to a blog article about weird looking clouds.

It says somebody saw "a very bizarre looking shaped cloud" on 8th of April. It had two links here and here but I got "Over Quota" and couldn't see them.

So I looked around and found them.

They were uploaded here, and they were taken around 5:50pm on 8th of April at about 15km south of Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture on a highway.

The first link(blog) also had a link to these photos, perhaps of the same cloud?

These were taken around 4:45pm in the south of Miyagi Prefecture, it said.

For me, they look like the cloud a regular member of the Chemtrails Forum posted last August.

I bet many would say that this is just another lenticularis/lens cloud, but I think this is probably altered chemtrail by EMR from somewhere like HAARP.

Talking about HAARP, its charts are not available for us to see for several days now. The one of Gakona's,

and the ones with others,

we cannot access at all.

Also the next video on YouTube shows the big round light/flash sort of thing. The authority, Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc explained it was probably the disconnector got shorted out due to the damage it had(from the earthquake?) and caused this arc discharge.

I wonder if disconnector's arc discharge can be this big, and also wonder if it happened to be caused by something like Stuxnet worm...

One thing I would like to point out also is that above video claims that there were two earthquakes only 42 seconds apart at almost identical location.

I checked the Japanese Meteorological Office's site, and found they had TWO pages(here and here) for the earthquake which occurred at 11:32pm on 7th of April.

One was reported at 11:37pm,

the other was reported at 11:46pm.

They both says it/they(?) occurred at AROUND 11:32pm, and their figures don't show the difference this video points out.

Wonder where this guy got the details of the quake/s...

God’s dream of PEACE ON EARTH has been shattered by the United States’ military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, and the Balkans. This dream will fade even more with the probable invasions of Iran and North Korea. Although our leaders tell us these countries pose a threat to our nation and our precious freedoms in reality they have never, do not now, and never will pose any actual threat to us. These nations have never attacked us except after we invaded their nations and even then the attacks on our troops and mercenaries occur within the occupied nations. Although the foundation for our nation’s military operations continues to be that our purpose and actions adhere to the “just war” rationale and that we are acting with God’s blessing, we must ask ourselves if in reality if this is an eternal national delusion. Our combat operations using radioactive “DU” munitions, chemical and biological weapons, thermobaric explosives, microwaves, torture, and conventional explosives have resulted in environmental and food contamination affecting millions of God’s children.

U.S. casualties for OIF-OEF-ODS [Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Desert Sands] include at least 43,000 wounded in action, 6000 killed in action, and almost 1,000,000 who are ill due to toxic exposures, diseases, or injuries from accidents. Over 200,000 veterans have died, with more dying each day, from disease and injuries after returning home. Suicides are skyrocketing. Families are in turmoil with abuse rampant. These casualties are due to our nation’s actions or failure to act. The casualties are “our” sons and daughters – who we all know and love and who we must care for. But there are millions of ignored and unknown casualties that include the citizens of the nations we have attacked and who we classify as less than human to allow us to justify and dismiss their suffering.

Medical care deliberately denied

Those of us who are “combat” casualties must fight for earned prompt and optimal medical care because it is deliberately denied, delayed, rationed, or ineffective. Too many of us have been required to pay for our own medical care for combat injuries because the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) leaders have refused to help us even while these same VA leaders have been given over $24 million in bonuses and spent over $400,000 to sponsor a race car. Sadly, neither Department of Defense nor Veterans Affairs officials will acknowledge publically the number of casualties and causes of so much unwarranted suffering. President Obama said on August 4, 2009 that it would take years to fix the VA. That is nonsense! He simply orders General Shinseki to do so. But the fix will require a significant philosophical change that requires all VA employees to become advocates for injured, ill, and wounded veterans.

As a retired Army WMD, counter-terrorism, and environmental expert I decided to ensure that all civilian and military casualties receive medical care and that environmental contamination is cleaned up. Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch was a certified U.S.D.A. Farm Service Agency Crop Loss Adjustor working in more than ten counties throughout California. She now spearheads a watchdog group that monitors uncontrolled experimental weather modification programs, atmospheric heating and testing programs, and ocean and atmospheric experimental geoengineering programs Peterson is at the forefront of the chemtrail research field and how the unexplained patterns that scar our skies are "causing detrimental human health effects and environmental degradation."

In this 1-hour plus video exclusive for Prison Planet.tv members, Peterson reveals how she was first spurred to investigate chemtrails after being alerted to them by someone at the Mendocino County Probation Department. Peterson then began to intensely study the phenomenon and note that aircraft producing the trails would circle the county in a clock-like loop, covering the entire area with a cloudy haze in as little as three hours. Peterson cites NASA studies showing that the chemtrails turn into man-made clouds, exacerbating artificial climate change. However, Peterson states her contention that NASA is attempting to cover-up the true nature of chemtrails and convince people that they are a natural phenomenon, a ruse dutifully parroted by top weather and satellite observatories, who as Peterson explains acknowledge the fact that man-made chemtrails are changing the weather yet still label them as natural weather fronts in their public broadcasts.

Peterson shows a map provided by the FAA which reveals how "intra-flights" - mainly of military origin - are causing the chemtrails by flying in loops around counties in flight paths that differ substantially from normal airline trajectories. The flights have no other obvious purpose than to disperse chemtrails because they have no fixed destination, they merely fly around and around in circles.

As proponents of geoengineering like Obama's science czar John P. Holdren have proposed, blocking sunlight is a primary effect of chemtrailing, and sulphur could be one of the chemicals being dispersed by these trails. As Peterson explains, sulphur has been linked with a host of health problems, which is why California removed it from diesel fuel in the first place.

After studying water quality samples for the state of California stretching back some 30 years, Peterson found that starting from 1990, water sources were all registering unusual spikes in certain chemicals at precisely the same time, namely arsenic, barium, aluminum, calcium, manganese, magnesium, lead and iron. By measuring the spikes in these chemicals in the water supply with similar spikes in these chemicals in air quality samples, Peterson was able to conclude that the cause was airborne and that it had to be coming from the atmosphere. Peterson notes that mixing aluminum and barium creates clouds and that NASA experiments based around this concept were coinciding with the spikes in such chemicals measured in water and air quality samples.

This is an enlightening, detailed and documented explanation of how chemtrailing is being conducted, who is responsible for it and what the consequences are for our health and the environment.

Article 12 of the ICCPR guarantees that, "Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own," and "No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of the right to enter his own country."

The WHTI document rules are also in violation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the NAFTA Implemdentation Act. Thats not to mention the incompatibility with the U.S. Constitution of these restrictions on travel, movement, and assembly.

Washington(DC) - It's being reported by the Associated Press that the president's new science advisor, John Holdren, just confirmed last month, is looking at extreme methods of cooling the Earth's air. The most extreme example mentioned involves shooting air-polluting particles into the Earth's upper atmosphere. These will reflect the sun's rays back into space, thereby cooling the Earth.

Holdren told the AP that the situation so dire that the air-polluting reflective particle idea is being discussed by Obama's administration. He said, "It's got to be looked at. We don't have the luxury of taking any approach off the table."

When we look at this graph of the temperature over the past 18,000 years, we see that while we are warmer today than we were 18,000 years ago, we are still notably cooler then we were at various points over the past 10,000 years. In fact, for the past 10,000 years the temperature has gone up and down repeatedly within an upper and lower range, forcing me to ask a real question: How is the situation now "so dire" that this administration, the one operating between 2009 and 2013, has to tackle his problem right now? Surely we can afford to wait 20 years to find out if it's part of the normal cycles seen in our past? Or 50 years? Or 100 years?

That's exactly what we see in those who deny 9/11.

I went back to Bursilll, and then he told me, "Oh, maybe it was Michael Wolsey...".
I sent a mail to Michael but got no reply.

They are claiming AA77 at the Pentagon together.
They are mates like Bursill with Jenkins though I'm not sure about Ken, yet it is a fact that he graduated from that CARNEGIE MELLON University. It's OUT on the net, so what's the problem of mentioning it? WHY do you need to hide it?

I don't know where you stand and I don't even know you John, but to me, AA77 didn't hit the Pentagon. Physically, no evidence. It's exactly what Anthony Lawson says, keep telling people that AA77 hit the Pentagon when the photo/video images don't show it, sheeple believe it. Believe you watched his "This is an Orange" but watch it again now.

I think it was last June, he started that disinfo with Frank Legge, who worked for the Agricultural Department for "many years"(is what Frank told me). As usual(back then), we exchanged mails a lot and he couldn't present anything at all to convince me to agree what he claims, but kept being just aggressive like, "Back off Chihaya!" type things were what he could write back to me.

You see I fully trusted him in the past till then since we met in MAR08.
Yet, I had to finally start questioning why he is there and why he is doing what he's doing and/or saying.

Then I remember that episode of him(I put it on 911Blogger in my comment somewhere) taking my money but not sending me the DVDs I ORDERED BECAUSE his little child opened the envelope, threw away the envelope with my note inside but brought the money to him and he thought it was a generous donation.

I found that out weeks later cause no package was coming my way.

I called him and he was laughing telling me that.
I didn't doubt him at all, so I never thought about the possibility of him being an agent even then, but when I started to think about it, it all made sense.

EMOTION PREVENTS YOU TO FACE THE REALITY, John.
That worked VERY WELL.

You see, he is the organizer of those wonderful 9/11 Truth events in Sydney.
He is in charge.

If anyone sends him money, he has to keep track of it.

I told him even then, when my daughter was small, I never let her touch anything like that and even if it happened, I would go into garbage to find out WHO SENT IT for WHAT purposes.

That was for DVDs that he was to copy and sell to truthers - he made an announcement of that idea shortly before by his BCC mail 'so that he could pay for the MAR08 conference.'

ESPECIALLY AFTER making such an announcement, HE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED WHO SENT IT but he did not care to do so. WHY NOT?

When I called him and found that out about his child opening up the mail which I now do not believe, he told me that his DVD burner died and he couldn't do that anymore. He didn't make that announcement by the way, when he was telling all sorts of things to his list time to time, and I had to wait for somebody else among his mates to do the job instead.

He succeeded to make me wait for so many weeks before I got the DVDs to hand out to passersby during my action.

Also, I'm pretty sure you won't see what I see, but I'll tell you this might as well.

Bursill told us by his BCC mail that they'd sell the DVDs of MAR08 conference for A$40 early APR08. I wrote him back saying "$40!??? Mmmmm..." cause I'm basically surviving here. He called me then, and told me that he would send me them with no charge, so HE ASKED ME MY POSTAL ADDRESS.

Again, I trusted him 100%, so gladly I gave him my address.
That was early APR08, probably around 10APR or so I figure from the date of my mail to him.

On 20APR08, came chemtrails RIGHT ABOVE OUR HOUSE.
It was SO LOW, I smelled burned metal sort of smell, which made me REAL SICK that night for FIVE HOURS and made me cough WEEKS AFTER WEEKS AFTER WEEKS AFTER WEEKS.

I watched "Aerosol Crimes" several years ago when my friend in Calif told me to watch it. She wrote me they were spraying there everyday. I watched it, but I couldn't really believe it.

NOW I had it over our heads, and I noticed a helicopter flying SO LOW in our area in the middle of the night. Once I went out to see it, it was around 11pm or later, it was REALLY LOW, right above us, and I smelled the similar "burned metal" smell. I even asked Bursill if helicopter would smell like that and he kindly denied it.

Another someone(apart from the one who found that page with his bio) who went to the MAR08 conference also told me that he had a doubt from day one about Bursill through the conversation they had. Another told me that when Bursill was at some other's conference(not on 9/11), he behaved in a manner 'very annoying to others'. That makes sense to me NOW cause he was portraying "9/11 truthers are wacky people" to others.

It's not just that bio John, it's what I've seen and heard over these years and months.

He's got a mate who runs the site 911oz.com.
When I found that site a few years ago, I was really happy!
There was someone in Aus who's doing it!! FINALLY!!

I contacted him right away, the webmaster Hereward Fenton,
Some would write "one Hereward Fenton" meaning it's not just me who think he is a spook.

Back then, I mean when I joined 911Blogger.com, I asked you or then moderator(Reprehensor) to add our mailing list URL to the list of 9/11 Truth groups in the world. I sent that request twice as far as I remember, but my request was totally ignored. WHY?

Anyhow, when I sent a mail to Hereward, he came back criticizing from IPS, vonKleist, LC, Dylan and all, Charlie Sheen, Alex Jones, and even Stephen Jones!! Back then he had pages to criticize those people.

I thought it was VERY WEIRD.
I stopped contacting him.

When, the following year, when Hereward wanted to join our list, we asked why he did that. He could not give us any explanation at all, so we did not let him in.

A year or two after I found 911oz.com, I heard about Bursill's MAR08 conference FROM Mr. Fujita. He forwarded me Bursill's invitation! I never heard about it from anybody else. Ain't that weird.

I contacted Bursill, praised him for organizing such an event and when we met in Sydney, I told him about Hereward being weird. He defended him saying "Oh, he is a man who doesn't admit his mistakes" but also told me that Hereward told him we in Victoria were all bunch of weirdoes, so that was the reason why Bursill never tried to contact us.

I saw Hereward filming the event sitting at the first row.
I sat across from him at the first row on the other side but we never exchanged any word.
I could see something was wrong with him, you know(if you know), you sense it.

The vibe was not right.

That's what I felt when I watched their first(and a few other) video on YouTube.
Their video of their first action on street in Sydney shows they are standing in some isolated area where not many pedestrians are walking, hardly.

I'm not that familiar with Sydney, but I remember there are a lot busier place I've been before(that's prior to that MAR08). And when I do my action, I definitely stand where people constantly walk by me!

Somebody else had the same question apparently, I saw a guy asking that to them, both Hereward and Bursill on their forum(911oz.com) where they didn't give any decent reply at all.

Last November when Bursill sent some guys to my way, I finally realized that Kevin Bracken along with other guy at the Trades Hall who gave me 'a kiss of death' according to Andrew MacGregor, a 'private investigator of Port Arthur Massacre' a former Vic Police officer, whom I THOUGHT real 9/11 Truthers, plus many of those Bursill sent are all spooks.

I don't go into the details but what I saw tells me so.

Also I feel that some people who all of a sudden show up right before the anniversary of any year, to 'help' me actually do not really help me but just come and watch what I'm doing or say they'd help and make me sort of rely on them in some area but do not do the job so disappoint me and the result would be less than what I hope it'd be. Do you understand what I mean?

Bursill even wrote in his comment on 911Blogger saying as if it was my fault that I am doing my action all by myself(with my daughter) but nobody comes to help me, sort of thing.

I know there are many citizens who are citizens who are aware but I know they are a bit afraid, scared to do anything in public. I don't feel that way, so I do what I do. And contrary to what Bursill wrote, a few friends came to help a few times.

Sorry to say but he's got some mates to start a group with and that eventually grew what it is now over in Sydney, funding to hold good size conferences one after another, just like avaaz or Aussie version called GetUp! with the founders who went to JFK School of Economics in Harvard and worked at WTO or UN or that sort of places, showed up out of no where but collect so much donation to do whatever they want to promote BUT definitely ignoring 9/11 Truth, global warming SWINDLE, DU issue etc, real big lies.

I bet you would say "no hard evidence" but I have enough.

Exactly as I wrote, JUST LOOK AT WHAT HE IS DOING here WITHOUT EMOTION.

He is SUPPORTING THE OFFICIAL LIE by saying "AA77 probably crashed into the Pentagon, and AA11 and UA175 into the Towers in NYC." That's the official line many of us found absolute false.

He was trained to analyze and find out who is doing what where when etc as an OPE SGT, and doing his job to spread disinfo, divide us(like this) and eventually to destroy the movement from inside as an INTEL SGT.

Fairly recently, Bursill sent out Anthony Lawson's piece on treasonous something to his list saying "off topic but..." YET he never sent out Anthony's piece that I posted on 911Blogger! about those 'four allegedly hijacked airplanes' and there is no evidence to connect them with whatever hit the Twin Towers, Pentagon and 'crashed' in Shanksville.

The latter article was definitely RIGHT ON, about 9/11 Truth he is supposed to be promoting, but he ignored it and didn't let others know. WHY? BECAUSE IT'S VERY INCONVENIENT WITH HIS AGENDA OF MISLEADING THE CROWD.

I bet he has several mates here and there that incl Cosmos.
Sorry to say but when I met him in SYD MAR08, I thought he was like yakuza.

Yet, I didn't hold anything bad about him, I praised him for having started the action etc, and yet when I started to exchange some comments at 911Blogger, I sensed the same with Hereward and eventually and sadly with what I sense from Bursill.

John, we have tens of spooks even on Japanese forum site where I often post 9/11 stuff along with others such as Akira in Barcelona, another co-author of Mr. Fujita's book.

Think about it.
I have realized that the real evil criminals KNEW some citizens WILL SEE 9/11 was a lie.

So did they, people like Barrie Zwicker who saw the lie from DAY ONE.

Therefore, they had to be READY FOR IT.
They sent out tens of spooks here and there, let THEM start activities/movement SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE THE CONTROL OF THE MOVEMENT THEMSELVES. They can LEAD the entire bunch to wherever they wish.

Remember, spies have to have your full trust to do their job.
In order to do so, they act as a fervent wonderful and perfect truthers!!

Therefore, many would say, "NO WAY Bursill can be an agent!!" just being deceived by the performance as an actor.

And eventually, they(spies) can spread disinfo etc to MISLEAD the rest.

One guy said, "Yes I wondered why Bursill always replied to me straight away while he is supposed to be working at Qantas? It's like as if he is almost always sitting in front of his computer." He also wonders about him not getting fired.

A while back when Qantas got rid of so many employees, I really worried about Bursill but he was JUST FINE. OK, probably because he is a very qualified engineer, you might say.

But when I've seen so many so far, my conclusion is John Bursill is an agent.

No wonder why Dave(vonKleist) told me, "I'm out Chihaya, I got fed up with too many plants."

Yes, this is exactly what I saw when I was doing my 11th Day Action last month in Melbourne with my daughter.

We were handing out hundreds of flyers as usual, and there came bunch of Socialist Alliance type 'peace activists,' occupying the space we were using, pushing us away, putting a table and started talking to passersby.

One of them actually approached me and his first question was,

"So, do you oppose these wars?"

I couldn't believe it.
He didn't seem to expect that my answer was "yes."
Sorry but I thought he was an idiot and yet, I believe he is simply BRAINWASHED to think that we 9/11 Truthers are nothing but destruction.

He did say, "9/11 is just destruction to anti-war movement" and I could not believe that one either, but I know he was just parroting some agent who taught him that nonsense.

Why us revealing the real criminals' lies and say that the bottom excuse of these wars is actually an inside job, can be a destruction to anti-war movement!?????

It JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE AT ALL!!
But it seems it did to him.

Soon, another guy who seemed a bit 'senior' came over to him, pulled him aside and whispered something like, "Don't pay attention to that crazy woman" sort of things.

If that young guy talks with me long enough to find out that 9/11 Truth has got a real powerful anti-war message than anything else, their brainwashing won't work any more.

I knew from very early stage that many of these 'peace activists' are all brainwashed and misled by spooks to eliminate us, 9/11 Truthers because THIS COULD END ALL WARS.

I was actually a regular participant of their rallies and protests ever since December 2002. My daughter joined me since January 2003. We were at all major rallies and marches.

I sang "George the Killer" with a loud speaker walking around Melbourne CBD with the crowd, and so many passersby heard me sing for a long long time. And I was even their speaker, sang my songs in front of hundreds of people right across from Flinders Street station,

I sang this song there too. ;o)

But as soon as I started talking about 9/11 Truth,

I was not invited anymore.

Despite his peer's advice, that young man spoke with me a bit more, but kept criticizing and denying what I was trying to tell him. Like when I talked about this bottom and biggest lie, he said something like, "It always happened, so what?"

I don't think he comprehended the scale and depth of the lie nor what he was mumbling back to me which made no sense.

When will these 'peace activists' who are misled by spooks ever wake up?

Well, I'm NOT holding my breath at all.
Instead, I know more citizens are waking up. ;O)

Actually, my daughter told me later, when a very stern looking business man was walking by, one of them tried to hand over their leaflet but he shook his head and didn't take it.

My daughter offered ours to him, he once signaled "no" but when he saw that "9/11 was an inside job!" on the sheet, he grabbed it!! and straight away, started reading it seriously.

She looked at the 'activist,' smiled and winked in a cheeky manner, and she told me the guy looked like saying, "Damn it!"

9-11 Truth makes HUGE appearance at Los Angeles Anti-War March

wearechangela — March 28, 2010 — WeAreChangeLA brought the 9-11 Truth message to the Anti-War march in Los Angeles in a HUGE way. We brought our four massive 2-sided blue banners. These babies are so big, it takes five of us to carry one. We showed up early and it paid off, because we got a good spot up front.

Right off the bat, a young representative from the local chapter of ANSWER, the organization that organized this Anti-War demonstration, approached us and told us that we would have to take our banners to the back of the march. Bruno Bruhwiler from WeAreChangeLA immediately confronted him about trying to kick us to the back of the bus. He said that Answer has the permit for the march, and they can tell us what to do. Bruno reminded him that they do not have a permit to trespass on our Freedom of Speech, and went on to advise the young man to go back and tell his team that they do not want to incur the liability for trespassing on our First Amendment Rights. The young man walked away after warning us that we would have to deal with the Police.

It wasnt long before he came back with four more gentlemen, one of whom began barking at us about a mish mash of reasons why we had to go to the back of the march, and Bruno explained to him why we did not. Was I done talking?! Dont interrupt me! I am not done talking, the agitated man barked or something to that effect. Bruno says. We dont really want to hear what you have to say. One of the gentleman said to us that our message is not conducive to the message of the march, so Bruno asked them all What reason did Obama give for the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen?
We dont want to have a conversation about this. The reason he gave was because of 9-11! Our message is THE anti-war message. There is no message that is more important to the anti-war movement than 9-11 Truth. You could see what looked almost like shame on their faces, and they had nothing to say in dispute.

Bruno alerts them, I need to see IDs from everyone. As far as we know you could be anybody off the sidewalk. How do we know you are actually the organizers? They refused to show IDs, and instead began stating their names, one of which is Jim Lafferty. Jim Lafferty! exclaims Bruno with a smile. Jim Lafferty is the president of the Lawyers Guild in Los Angeles, and also one of the primary aholes at the local radio station, KPFK, who has been instrumental in pushing 9-11 Truth out of the programming over the past couple of years. Jim, are you prepared to incur the liability for trespassing on our First Amendment Rights, today? Jim had absolutely nothing to say, and began taking steps back. He was then verbally accosted by a KPFK employee who kept right in his face wagging his finger as the two of them walked away. That left 2 gentleman with us, one of whom was quite level headed. The other seemed no older than 20, wearing an orange vest, who apparently was the head of security. He said to Bruno something along lines of We are not violating your rights, this is our march. Bruno corrected him, Just by talking only to us, and not everyone here today, you violated our Constitutional rights because you picked us out for our message. Well, you will have to deal with the police, he says to us. Great! Send them over. We talk to the police all the time. We love them, and they love us. Needless to say, not one police officer confronted us the whole day.

Watch the YouTube video, and you will see that our participation in the march was an extreme success. Nelson Martins made a genius move by having a table at the beginning of the march where he handed out 911 Truth signs, and stapled them to sticks, back to back. He even stapled the signs to the sticks of other signs, so folks who came with one group or another, added 9-11 Truth to their message. Throughout the march, everywhere we looked, we saw people carrying those 9-11 Truth signs! We also passed out all of our hundreds of brochures and cards from ae911truth.org. Those went really fast. Folks love those.

One final note, Cheryl Gaskill came up with the message, 9-11: What you dont know is killing people a couple of years ago at our brainstorming meeting for the banners. It turned out to be a very humble but effective message for outreach. We get lots of compliments for that one.

Port Authority Seeks New Homes for WTC 9/11 Steel

The Port Authority is soliciting proposals from public and municipal agencies and not-for-profit organizations interested in acquiring a piece of 9/11 World Trade Center steel for public display.

Letters requesting a piece of steel should be sent on official letterhead to the Port Authority to the attention of Christopher O. Ward, Executive Director with a copy to Timothy Stickelman, Esq. of the Port Authority Law Department and Norma Manigan in Public Affairs. The mailing address for all three is:

The letter should describe your organization or agency, specify the type of artifact you are requesting, how the artifact will be used, an architectural description of the place where it would be displayed (e.g. metal case with glass panel), and other pertinent information and photos, designs or sketches of the proposed display. Our distribution is limited to public and municipal agencies and not-for-profit organizations.

Once your request is received and approved, you will be contacted by Peter Miller who will work with you to decide on the appropriate material for your display and will determine the logistics of transportation for the artifact. You will be solely responsible for all logistical details associated with picking up your artifact, including bringing the proper equipment, securing any necessary permits to transport the artifact and providing proof of insurance, indemnifying the Port Authority during removal and transportation.

WikiLeaks releases video of alleged U.S. helicopter attack on Reuters reporters

Video footage that allegedly shows a U.S. attack in Baghdad in July, 2007, in which two Iraqi journalists were killed, has been released online after a public screening at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

WikiLeaks, a non-profit organization that publishes sensitive material anonymously, got hold of the footage, apparently shot from American helicopters. Representatives from the website told reporters in Washington that the material in the video contradicts the official government account of the events of July 12. The group is hosting the video at Collateralmurder.com.

The 18-minute video appears to be shot from the point of view of Apache helicopter pilots surveying a Baghdad neighbourhood and showed attacks that caused the deaths of 12 to 15 Iraqis, including two Reuters staff members, and the injury of two small children.
