U.S. knew all the reactors at Fukushima were damaged on March 18, 2011 but didn’t warn anyone, perhaps excl Americans in Japan…

obtained a document via FOIA and it shows they knew all the reactors were damaged,

and 100% of the total spent fuel was released to the atmosphere from unit 4

and they DIDN’T LET PEOPLE THERE KNOW.
